Who We Are

Medefine is a doctor-led community supporting international school students as they take their first steps into medicine and healthcare. Since 2015, we've reached students across 26 countries and delivered over 1,000 free presentations. We've guided tens of hundreds to an offer from medical school, with 97% of our Academy students securing at least one, in systems where international applicants compete for just 7% of places.

Our team brings together practising NHS doctors, scientists, and academics from Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial, Harvard, UCL and more. We guide students early on, helping them build the knowledge, skills and confidence to progress into top universities and grow into tomorrow's doctors and healthcare leaders. Through 12 international conferences, 150+ school partnerships, and our work as authors of the international best-selling Unofficial Guide to Getting into Medical School, we continuously make medicine feel accessible to those who never had a map.
