You asked, we delivered!
Hundreds of emails from across the world have asked us for unique work experience placements that will allow you to truly understand a day in the life of a junior doctor, not only theoretical but also practical. We have therefore accepted the challenge, especially at a time where online events are the new norm. A team of doctors, actors, medical students, filming crew and preparatory materials have been put together to ensure a unique and truly interactive experience.
Dreaming of becoming a doctor one day? What about performing live dissections, intubating acutely unwell patients in the emergency setting, learning how to close a wound or examining a patient from top to toe?
If you’re aged 14 and over, join UK doctors LIVE across two London hospitals and be part of our virtual work experience placement.
Bursaries and concessions are offered to students through the free widening access campaign 'Pre-Medicus' (Access through Instagram @Pre_Medicus).
